Mike has been involved in Internet marketing since graduating San Diego State University in 1999. After years of optimizing websites as a side business, Mike started HRW in 2005. He has extensive experience in organic search engine optimization, web design and web testing/analytics. Mike's daily duties include search engine optimization R&D to ensure that the most effective methods of SEO are being used to help maximize client website visibility on the web.

Administrative & Creative Director

Stephanie was a graphic designer for 6 years before taking the position of creative director of High Rank Websites. She takes great pride in making sure the websites that High Rank puts forth are cutting edge and among the best in the business.

Derek has over 6 years in the Internet marketing business and knows exactly what it takes to help businesses succeed in today's highly competitive Internet. Ryan is the video production manager for High Rank Websites and makes sure that the videos we produce are of the highest quality. Ryan is also a professional photographer and often shoots weddings on weekends. That comes in handy when we need custom photography for any website we develop. He loves to crack jokes in the office and has been known to occasionally say something that triggers a laugh amongst his co-workers.

David has been in the SEO industry for 5 years and manages the SEO team at High Rank Websites. David heads the SEO team at High Rank and is a Google Certified Adwords representative. He applies his experience and history of proven white hat SEO methods to make sure that our clients have excellent visibility in the search engines.




StacyStacy Wheeler

Senior Web Designer

Stacy has been a graphic designer for nearly 6 years and fortunately for our clients she brought her design talents to the web design world. In her time at High Rank, Stacy has designed many exceptional websites that have elevated our clients websites to a higher level. In addition to websites, Stacy designs infographics that assist the SEO team in the link building process. Formerly from Northern California, Stacy is finally admitting that Socal blows Norcal away.

Brian started out as an intern at High Rank Websites and proved he had what it takes to be part of the highly selective and competitive SEO team. Ashley wears many hats for the company aside from the one in this picture. She spends most of her work time in web development but also has web design skills, search engine optimization and is highly experienced in Wordpress website development.
